Gujararti Cooking with Kalpana Gajjar

Gujararti cuisine is vegetarian and comes from the state of Gujarati in western India. Our sumptuous meal included Bhinda nu Shak (okra), Kadhi (yogurt and chick pea flour soup), Channa (Indian chick peas), Sheero (cream of wheat porridge), Paratha (semi-fied whole wheat bread) and Vegetable Pullao (rice pilaf).
